We are pleased to share the opening of Trans, a solo exhibition by Igor Jesus at Cordoaria Nacional, Lisbon.
The exhibition trans-, now on display at the Torreão Nascente da Cordoaria Nacional, brings together a small selection of recent works and, notably, a series of sculptural pieces specifically conceived for this exhibition, as well as a new series of photographs and a group of three video sculptures.
All the works reveal his interest in the mutability of things, in states of transition and change (hence the title), generating objects and situations for which there is no name or classification.
Opening 17 October, Trans will be on view until 01 January 2027.
