Tell Me Where Home Is

We are pleased to share the opening of Tell Me Where Home Is, a group exhibition including Alfredo Jaar's One Million German Passports (2023).

 

On view until 17 January 2027 at Kunstmuseum Wolfsburg, Germany, the exhibition curated by Uta Ruhkamp and with curatorial assistance by Linus Jantzen and Anne Rybka, explores questions such as: How do people define Heimat (“home”) in the 21st century? Can you still speak of home in the singular, when concepts of home have become increasingly plural in the present time? Has home as a geographical location had its day? How do people continually form new homes for themselves?
